Solution 2: How to Create PST File From Exchange Server 2010 / 2013 / 2016 via EAC

Note: If you don't grant the permission, then you will receive an error. Due to this error, Exchange server is unable to establish a connection to the PST format. Also, the following method is available till 2010 versions.
  • To start the process, click on the Permissions >> Admin Roles.
  • Now, open the properties of the group to give the Mailbox Import Export permissions.
  • After that go to the Roles option >> Mailbox Import Export role.
  • Then, Add the role.
  • Finally, log out of the EAC >> navigate to recipients >> mailboxes, Then, right click on auser’s mailbox and then you can export Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016 mailbox to pst
